Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept PayPay, Visa, and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or letter.

When confirmation of the order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Unless otherwise requested, packages with a gross weight of less than 2kg will be shipped by UPS or internationally signed for FedEx. Packages exceeding 2.0kg gross weight will be shipped using a courier service. Wherever possible goods will be supplied as a single shipment. We reserve the right to substitute an alternative courier service if appropriate or necessary at no extra cost.

All duties, 3rd party/courier handling charges/levies, and local taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Transit insurance against loss or damage:
Postal deliveries;
Goods will be insured up to the basic level of insurance cover provided as standard by FedEx (€34.00 or the invoice value, whichever is lower). Extra insurance cover is available up to the value of the invoice (maximum €500.00 or €250.00 depending on the destination country) at an extra cost of €1.60 + VAT. If this extra insurance cover is required, enter “Additional Insurance Required” into the special delivery instruction field during the checkout procedure.

Courier deliveries;
Goods will be insured up to the basic level of insurance cover provided as standard by the courier service. Extra insurance cover is available upto the value of the invoice at an extra cost of €7.50 + VAT. If this extra insurance cover is required, enter “Additional Insurance Required” into the special delivery instruction field during the checkout procedure.
Delivery Schedule We try to dispatch your order right away. We will normally dispatch your order to you in 1 business day. International orders are generally received in under 5 days (within the EU) or 10 days (outside the EU).
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the European Union, 23% VAT is applicable (except where an exemption applies). Orders from outside the EU are exempt from VAT charges.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers is encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
